provides personalized elder care in the comfort and familiarity of the home, according to the changing needs of each individual patient.
And unlike the home care provided by individuals not affiliated with an agency, Avondale caregivers are closely supervised and their activities are carefully documented to ensure the highest level of professionalism. In addition, our staff members regularly participate in ongoing specialized training.
From our Personal Assistants (highly accredited RNs and social workers) who help determine the services needed, to the fully licensed and bonded Caregivers (who are graduates of training programs sanctioned by the New York Department of Public Health and have undergone rigorous background screening), we pride ourselves on our receptivity, flexibility and can-do outlook.
