The organization commenced operations in 1985 as New York Radio Cars, Inc. In September 1992, the company adopted a new identity known as "First Corporate Sedans, Inc." (FCS), incorporated in the state of New York.

All our drivers are independent contractors who own, maintain and insure their own vehicles. Collectively known as the "Fleet", each one of our operators (drivers), have been subjected to rigorous driving tests and attend a training program conducted by FCS. They are also subjected to scheduled and random inspections on a periodic basis. They have to adhere to a strict dress code, which includes a Navy Blue Blazer, white shirt; gray slacks and our own FCS tie.

FCS features Lincoln Town Car Sedans as our primary vehicle. Other vehicles that make up the fleet include Mercedes Benz, Lexus, Lincoln Navigators and Cadillacs.

All of our vehicles carry the highest possible insurance that is available to our industry, $100,000/$300,000 per occurrence. FCS also holds an umbrella policy of $5,000,000.
