Dining options at the Strand include The Strand American Bistro with a signature Alabaster bar and lounge with a fire place, aquarium and library and diners will enjoy lunch menus featuring seared salmon, truffle crusted filet mignon, basil crusted ahi tuna, crisp duck leg confit, golden beet carpaccio and roasted Japanese eggplant, prepared by Executive Chef Greg Gilbert.

Guests may also enjoy breathtaking city views from the Top of the Strand, year round rooftop lounge and bar. Where cocktails and light fare is served daily at 5:00 p.m.
