In a city that is as exciting and culturally diverse as New York City, there is always a new experience around each and every corner. Day Trippers Kids Care is a new alternative to traditional babysitting. Our babysitters, who we refer to as Day Trip Leaders, take children out on Day Trips to experience New York City as it is intended for little New Yorkers. There are hundreds of activities, programs, and events available for children on a daily basis in our city. Day Trips range from cultural experiences at local museums and theaters to physical activities in neighborhood park and sports-related facilities. There is a Day Trip for every child and an experienced Day Trip Leader to safely take them there and bring them back.

Who are Day Trip Leaders?
Day Trip Leaders are a careful collection of motivated teachers, childcare professionals, and college students earning advanced degrees in education and fine arts, to name a few. Day Trip Leaders are all trained in CPR/First Aid and are very familiar with the New York City. They are physically active, enjoy the Arts and very knowledgeable. They are able to help children understand school lessons in the real world by visiting museums or other institutions that may further indulge into school topics, and also useful in helping children with school projects and reports. All Day Trip Leaders pass a very thorough background investigation, that includes personal and professional references, criminal, employment, and educational history. Day Trip Leaders are motivated childcare professionals are able to work with children of every ability.
