In addition to working in the development of multifamily projects in New York and across the country, Nancy has dealt with commercial real estate developers in New York including Time Equities, Shearson Lehman Brothers and ITT Worldcom. She also had a 13 year engagement at TIAA CREF as the manager for major corporate properties in New York, Colorado, and North Carolina, as well as smaller facilities throughout the country. Since 2002, Nancy's focus has been residential real estate as well her collecting and dealing of contemporary art.
