Since 1985, Progressive has provided Home Health Aide and Personal Care Aide services through contracts with most of the Certified Home Health Agencies (CHHAs) and Long Term Home Health Care Programs (LTHHCPs) in New York City. Our mission is to provide cost effective Home Health Services of the highest quality. Progressive Home Health Services contracts with various New York certified Home Health Aide agencies to provide quality home care services.

Progressive has received the highest service ratings from these agencies. As a result, Progressive has distinguished itself by obtaining contracts to provide many specialty programs. In 1999, Progressive was awarded a contract with the New York City Human Resources Administration and began providing home attendant services in 2001 doing business as Kind Care. In 2010, Progressive received Accreditation with Commendation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. We also had other audits from many of our contracts in which we received outstanding scores on all. We also offer services now through our Private Pay Division.

Progressive has invested in technologies to support its management vision. We have developed and continue to expand capabilities in management systems and cutting edge technologies necessary to improve quality of care. The potential of this mission-driven agency is best represented in the growth and quality of the services provided to its patients. We service many different types of clients- the elderly, disabled, anyone seeking to manage independent care within their home. Our staff has a variety of languages available to meet client needs: Spanish, Chinese (three dialects), Haitian Creole, and Russian.
