We've rented apartments from Inwood (Manhattan's northern tip) to Battery Park City, but our focus is the Upper East Side. Needless to say, its a neighborhood we know quite well.

Historically, Manhattan's "Silk Stocking" district has always had some of the city's finest neighborhoods --- with clean, safe streets, wonderful architecture, world class cultural facilities, a vibrant nightlife, and Central Park just a short walk away.

Today, it has never looked better --- and it has never been more affordable. Rental prices are lower --- sometimes considerably lower --- than many other Manhattan neighborhoods. We have an excellent selection of apartments in all price ranges and we'd love to show them to you.
