Kinetic drivers have a minimum of 3 years NEW YORK CITY driving experience.
All of our vehicles are outfitted with state-of-the-art navigation systems for travel and directions
accuracy.


Dispatch Center
Hours of operation: 24 hours/ 7 Days a week.
Supervisors and managers are on hand to monitor all activity for quality assurance.
Hands-on, highly motivated and well-trained group of professionals with a combined 30+ years of
experience in the Black Car industry.
Computerized reservation and billing system providing detailed information on date and time of
call, time of reservation, pick up and final destination, car number etc.

Customer Service
An open door policy with our staff and our clients. The company President is just a phone call
away.
A proactive approach: we are swift to report, respond and resolve all incidents.
Complaints and disputes regarding our drivers and/or services are extensively researched.
Our Zero Tolerance policy applies to all behavior unbecoming a professional chauffer.
Drivers are removed from your account and in extreme cases, removed from the company.
We fully expect our drivers to conduct our business at a pro level and to adhere to all applicable
safety laws (including hands free cell phone use.) This our testament to customer safety and
satisfaction at all times.
We can develop individual profiles to help extend or restrict car usage. A VIP program can be
custom tailored for your company, eliminating vouchers to help expedite the process.
