A recent entrant to the Chelsea nightlife and dining scene, Juliet Supperclub looks a bit like the eco-club Greenhousesame spacey and lush Technicolor layout, courtesy the same designerand hosts the same kind of exclusive, swanky parties, except with more of a restaurant vibe: Until 11 p.m., Juliet serves a full dinner and dessert menu of small and large Mediterranean-inflected dishes, like fried haloumi, lamb dumplings and tuna tabouleh. But after 11, however, the space transforms into a proper lounge and nightclub, at which point the bottle service and all that jazz go into full effect.
