Description:

It looks like Mardi Gras had a layover in Mexico at Tortilla Flats. Strings of glittery garland and bright lights cover the walls and plates of funky Mexican dishes cover the tables. Depending on the night, you can wind up answering trivia questions, hula-hooping or playing bingo in addition to having dinner (pick from quesadillas, chalupas and combination platters stuffed with more non-descript options), which it appears everyone is washing down with a neon-hued pitcher of margaritas.
