En Japanese Brasserie offers a stylized take on Japanese traditional home-cooked dishes or izakaya with a variety of small plates like a soft rolled dashi-maki omelet with crab and mitsubaas as well as large plates such as sake-kasu grilled pork shoulder with spicy mustard. The menu also offers a variety of sushi, sides, seasonal dishes and a variety of magnificent house-infused shochu (an indigenous Japanese spirit). The underlying theme of the sleek space seems to be home with deep wood-paneled walls, high ceilings, a glittering reflecting pool and private rooms meant to resemble the living room, library and dining room of a traditional Japanese home.
