Let's have a moment of silence for the red telephone booths that graced this spot for years. OK, now that we're done with that, time to get wasted! Formerly Telephone Bar, The 13th Step makes no apologies for their love of drink. The bar's name actually refers to a term used in AA. Step #13? That's when you inappropriately come on to the other sober members of your support group. Um, sounds like the owners are sufficiently derelict to run this East Side booze hall. They've got over 25 TVs, but just so you don't get too distracted by the game, they'll ply you with $1 drafts during their happy hour (which actually is a happy 8.5 hours). A small kitchen churns out typical bar grub (think sliders and fries) to soak up the booze. Take the bar's moniker as a warning. If you swill one too many and want to do your own inappropriate flirting, it's time to head out.
