Fans of Winebar in the East Village can now hop to Peru after they finish their bottle. The owners of the popular vino spot are the minds behind neighboring Bar Paya. The sleek space is full of long, communal bar-height tables, and promises a collection of South American wines and Peruvian grub. The eponymous payas are actually flatbreads made from potatoes and corn. If you can't get a seat at Pulino's down the block, head here to try some Peruvian pizza.
