The owner of loungey sports bars Gatsby's and Firefly makes it a hat trick with Buskers, a bar and lounge on the western reaches of Soho. The lower-level, cavernous space features a billiards table, DJ booth (for weekends), a few nooked banquettes, a mezzanine, and a little bit of outdoor real-estate for those private, life-changing conversations that happen after a few too many chocolate martinis. Bottle service is available for $250+, though not required -- so expect a slightly older and less fratty crowd than Gatsby's. Maybe.
