The bartenders are decked out in board shorts and mix drinks like the "frozen corona," which is essentially a tequila snow cone. While the dcor isn't as tiki-heavy as downtown's Painkiller, a yellow surfboard and a mural of a hazy sun imbue the space with a hint of the tropics. If you're hungry, the menu contains beach-themed options that hit the spot after a day surfing the wavesor navigating the touristy streets of this area. They've got a baked mahimahi that's wrapped in a banana leaf, and fish tacos served on housemade frybread. Travelers (and people back from a European vacation) take note: This is one of the few bars in the city that will accept Euros for payment.
