Fans of the tiny Hell's Kitchen wine bar Casellula know it's easy to become antsy waiting for a table there. Well, wait no longer because the folks behind that intimate joint now have this much larger restaurant, also in the nabe. You'll be able to score a similarly well-curated wine list alongside a selection of cheeses. This space has a full kitchen, so you'll also be able to nosh on heartier dishes (note to the wise: try the chicken liver toast, which is smothered in a warm apple butter). The room also comes complete with a full bar, so if bourbon cocktails are up your alley, you can pair them with the small plates on the list. Although this haunt is much more spacious than their sister wine bar, it still manages to feel very cozy, with warm yellow lighting, exposed brick and a roomy garden atrium that's open year-round.
