This area of Hell's Kitchen is awash in Irish pubs (see McCoys, Hibernia, The Snug) but there's always room for one more! This low-key drinking joint is in a space that used to house an Italian restaurant. They ditched the food service, slapped a coat of green paint on the outside of the space, and threw open the large front windows to let the beer guzzling crowds inside. There are a few small tables in the back of the space, but the room is dominated by the large bar that sits on the right side of the space. Standard draft beers (think Stella if you're feeling fancy, Bud if you're not) go with mixers like gin and tonics. (If you're looking for a glass of wine, hit up one of more upscale vino bars in the hood.) Come here to pre-game it with some easy beers or kick back, have a few, and watch the game.
