Formerly Rewind, this Lower East Side spot nixed the Asian menu and gussied themselves up club-style. The space is now run by nightlife mavens Ronnie Kaplan (Suede, Lounge) and Jay Delalla, so expect in-the-know scenesters to drop big bucks here until the wee hours of the morning. Foundation now comes equipped with plenty of small tables for bottle service, but most of the crowd in this area would rather flock to one of the two bars on either end of the room. This creates a good mix of people throughout the space, instead of bunching them up as they all jockey for a drink. The club's reboot also brings a classy new feature: a stripper pole. Enter your own Lindsay Lohan joke here. The spot opens every night at 10 p.m., but expect these posh banquette to fill up closer to midnight.
