RVL's booze-flavored cupcakes, like rum-infused vanilla and Jameson espresso variations pair up perfectly with cocktails created by expert mixologist Charlotte Voisey. Meanwhile, the space is ornate, lush and cozykind of like living inside a drunken red velvet cupcake, perhaps. A sugary adult version of James and the Giant Peach, maybe.
