Nestled in the back of the Trump Soho tower, Kastel is one of the only bars in the city that proudly displays Trump Vodka behind the bar. With leather banquettes, chain-mail curtains and a DJ stand perched above the seating area, this spot sexes up the staid reputation of other Trump properties. While anyone can mosey in for a drink before 10 p.m., expect a doorman stationed at the Varick Street entrance later in the night. Cocktails are $18 a pour, so choose wisely. An Italian sidecar mixes rye, averna and lemon, while the Ruski Passion is a fruity mix of vodka, Lillet Blanc and passion fruit puree. A small menu of bar snacks is served if all that Trump Vodka gives you the munchies. While The Donald's friends can afford a $9 bowl of roasted nuts, you should save your money for more drinks.
