Harlem is getting their first beer gardenhuzzah! Bier International is owned by the folks behind Alphabet City's Lava Gina, so they have some experience with off the beaten path drinking destinations. This stylish drink den has room for about 60 patrons, with a few picnic tables out on the sidewalk and large glass windows that turn the room into an alfresco brew hall. There's also a long wooden bar if you just want to chill by yourself and kick back a few. And, you'll have more than a few to choose from. There are 20 draft options pulled from a motley crue of foreign countries, with plenty more options available by the bottle. Look for the list to rotate frequently (which provides a great excuse to stop back way too often). Neighborhood-outing tip: Have dinner down the block at 5 & Diamond and then head here to beer up.
