The latest entrant to the NYC wine world, Cello Wine Bar is a cozy, 25-seat Italian farmstyle spot serving wines by the glass ($9-$15) and small Italian treats like watermelon proscuitto salad with brie, and the Cello pizza (proscuitto, red onion, grapes and "drunken goat cheese"), all of which fall pleasantly in the $7-$12 range. Its warm wooden accents, exposed brick and rustic vibe make it particularly comfy in the fall and winter, when it's nice and chilly out.
