The swank and slightly garish OH Restaurant and Lounge offers Sugar Hill Harlemites an opportunity to pay exorbitant prices without ponying up for a cab ride into the city. Named for O'Dell "Daddy Oh" Holland, the four-story brownstone restaurant and private club offers access to its third story for $500 and "full VIP access" for $1000, which includes entrance to the private cigar terrace. While the prices may make it not long for this world, at least the crazily colored couches and walls are memorable. OH are they? Yes. They are.
