But Bar Seven Five, at the Andaz Hotel, ditches the traditional bar concept by filling their room with a half dozen bar pods that tenders float between, mixing and pouring cocktails, like a Cruzan Black Strap Dark & Stormy and a 75 Smash with applejack brandy and bitters, before a table of tipplers. There are also snacks in the form of charcuterie and cheese, to soak up all that high-end booze.
