Directly in front of the Prometheus statue, the summer incarnation of the world-renowned ice rink at Rockefeller Center offers an array of signature, summery cocktails (like the Peach Sangria and the Rock Center Signature Lemonade) and grilled dishes (like lemongrass-crusted seared shrimp and hickory-smoked rum-basted ribs). On a nice night, it's an ideal spot to grab one of the 120 umbrella-shaded small round tables and enjoy the weather, but, needless to say, the space is often swarming with both tourists and suited-up business folk.
