With all the other new hotels cropping up in the city, The Paramount has lost its reputation as a place to see and be seen, and they're attempting to change that with a glitzy new bar. The ground floor lounge just got a sleek new redo, complete with sexy scarlet-hued banquettes, glittery chandeliers and massive black and white photos that evoke old-school glamour. The reboot wouldn't be complete without some new libations, and the bar obliges with a fully revamped list. Check out cocktails like the crazy for love, a margarita made with jalapeno tequila and agave nectar, or maybe a lighter French 46, with gin, lemon juice and champagne. Also keeping things fresh is a rotating list of DJ's - all of which will be female. If you thought those banquettes were sexy, just wait until you see who's playing the music.
