Though situated smack in the middle of the Theater District, this authentic dive couldn't be farther from the touristy fanfare that typically comes with the area. Owned by former prizefighter and trainer Jimmy Glenn, this tiny bar is an ode to all things boxing and is packed with framed photos and other pugilist memorobilia. Expect both hard-drinking locals and in-the-know theater types swilling cheap beer and over 15 types of vodka in an authentic, no-pretense setting that likely hasn't changed since the bars inception, over three decades ago.
