Not even close to Bobby Flay, but as long as you know what you're going forfantastic views from the outdoor patio and giddy drinking atmosphereit more than makes up for it. On the ground floor of the World Financial Center in Battery Park (near the 9/11 site for you out-of-towners), this large Southwestern restaurant has been described by many locals as an "upscale Outback or chain". What that means is that the kitchen churns out respectable quesadillas, flatbread pizzas and entrees like red snapper Veracruzana and cumin & coriander seared sushi grade tuna, but it's nothing to spin your spurs over. Do as most downtowners do, which is order in to the office, or swing by pre-dinner on a warm day to bask in the Hudson River view while downing sangria pitchers, beer buckets and Cuerva Reserva margaritas.
