The Guggenheim Museum is curating something new these days: a menu! In a bid for some dining prestige of its own (shades of The Modern, perhaps?), the museum has opened this New American restaurant helmed by former Bouley vet Rodolfo Contreras. On exhibit: seasonal bites like squash risotto, short rib with carrots and citrus stew, and apple-cider-glazed pork belly. And since this is the Guggenheim, the space features a mod-ish, color-splashed installation by British artist Liam Gillick. Art on the walls to match art on a plate-how 'bout that?
