The menu changes daily at this West African eatery, but it doesn't matter because everything is good - especially the flavorful meat-and-sauces dishes like Maffe (lamb with vegetables in a creamy peanut butter sauce). For those not quite as epicurious, play it safe with an order of brochette (grilled chicken, beef or shrimp). Entrees are served with couscous, plantains or salad.
