It's a pizzeria! It's an enoteca! It's a pizzoteca! This north Chelsea spin-off of East Village Neapolitan slice joint Luzzo's also serves 21 types of panini, which would technically make this a "pizzotecanini," but thank god they didn't go there. The round-ish Neapolitan pies (prosciutto-arugula, four cheese, spicy salami, etc.) come in 12- and 8-inch versionsthe latter is served during lunch and late-nightand they've also got a square "La Quadrata" pie that comes in marinara or mozzarella di bufala (imported from Campagna). A daily aperitivo hour, from 5 to 8 p.m., offers free bites like bruschetta and focaccia to go along with Ovest's all-Italian wine list.
