Danny Meyer's most upscale restauranta four-star thoroughbred, to bootrevived its once stalwart image as one of the most innovative restaurants in New York, thanks in part to chef Daniel Humm's creative, seasonal American cuisine (think Muscovy duck with lavender honey and halibut with asparagus and truffles). The restaurant only offers prix fixe at two prices, so it's not a meal will come cheap. But it's the perfect place to either close a business deal or to woo a date you're looking to marry.
