Curtains line the wall, bright lanterns hang from the ceiling, and wood and marble imported directly from India decorate the dining room at Devi. And while the home and temple decor is certainly noteworthy, it takes a backseat to the vast array of regional Indian dishes prepared by the chef duo of Hemant Mathur and Suvir Saran. Signature dishes like the tandoor grilled Jamison Farm lamb chops are highlighted with sweet-and-sour pear chutney and sides like the rice trio (spiced radish, coconut and tomato peanut). A tasting menu is available for the commitment phobic and is the basis for the impressive wine list.
