In Short More than a chocolate shop, this Parisian export is a desert-only fine dining establishment serving thick hot chocolate, high-end bonbons, chocolate bars and the grand dame--giant-sized bouchees. Glass cases display gem-like creations such as brandy-soaked cherries surrounded by vanilla Gianduja and mini chocolate mushrooms made with caramel and almond Nougatine. Sit by the bar on leather stools or at tables to savor signature desserts and sip "Choctails," like the white chocolate champagne.
