Description:

Rock gets rolling at this rock-themed restaurant in the Village, which is packed with all sorts of groovy dcor and detailing enough to make you wanna break out the Fender. Walls are plastered with vintage posters (Hendrix, Cash), multiple TV's show vintage videos (think Van Halen), and the bar is made out of customized Marhshall amplifiers. Aaaaoooowww! Comparisons to the Hard Rock Caf are inevitable, yes, but these guys one-up things with an impressive exhibit of images by famed rock photog Chris Walter, whose photos here are actually for sale. (I'll have a burger, please, along with a print of The Who.) Speaking of that burger: It's ginormousthe Dirk Diggler of burgers! Appropriately, its called the F.U. Burger, and is jammed with a 16-ounce patty (short rib, brisket, tenderloin), fried tomatoes, onion rings, Velveeta cheese, a fried egg and house-cured maple bacon. The rest of the menu veers hangover-comfort-food, including a mac and cheese with hot dogs, cheeseburger "rolls" (a la Chinese spring rolls) and a deep-fried PB&J served with milk.
