The Emancipation of DB is complete: A year after David Burke parted ways with partner Donatella Arpaia at their once-eponymous restaurant, Burke has now finally given his rechristened townhouse the full makeover. The gussied-up space now includes a dramatic meat-carving station in the dining room, as well as a larger barall prettied up by hand-blown glass dcor strewn throughout the space. The menu has been expanded as well, with newbies like roasted-and-glazed peanut-brittle duck, as well as old signature faves that make a reappearance like homemade pastrami salmon.
