This UWS Kosher Italian spot is turning out brick oven pies, in individual 12-inch and large family-size variates, that make optimal use of dairy and vegetable combos. Fresh mozza, ricotta, parmigiano and basil top the Formaggi pie, while the Balcanica's feta, pesto, roasted eggplant and red pepper give it a Mediterranean flair. Besides the signature pies, you'll find a wide range of panini, salads and pastas, all adhering, of course, to the dictates of Kashrut.
