Acting on their own love of pizza, in 2005 twin sisters Radha and Miki Agrawal opened an organic pie and slice shop on the Upper East Side dedicated to quality and healthy ingredients on crusts made mostly of wheat and herbs. Now, they've have expanded to the West Village where the menu is the same, but the space includes sit-down service wine, beer and sake cocktails. Ever the daring duo, their pie flavors range from the Simpleton (Honey whole-wheat curst, all-nautral marinara sauce, part-skim organic mozzarella) to a homage to their half-indian heritage: Taste of India (honey whole-wheat crust, channa masala, part-skim organic mozzarella).
