While this uptown location is new, a Bhavan has been whipping up curies and dosas on Curry Hill since 2005. The chefs are similarly experiencedthe restaurant only employs cooks who have had more than 20 years of training in India. Expect signature dishes like South Indian Thali, a selection of rice and bread served alongside a range of curry dips, which change daily. There's also a selection of cocktails made with traditional Indian spices (the cardamom in the Deccan Chargers is a surprising herbal touch).
