Like your widowed father's hot young new girlfriend, there's something missing about Tony Fortuna's stylish new Upper East Side steakhouse and lounge, despite seemingly doing everything right. The light, modern decor is anything but club-chair stuffy, with splashes of green and plenty of white offsetting the dark wooden floors. Chef Ben Zwicker offers prime cuts, like a T-bone and a 48 oz. porterhouse, along with plenty for the heart attack-averse, like a raw bar, yellowfin tuna steak and branzino. The crowd is sophisticated and well-dressed but not Wall Street circa Michael Douglas. So what's the problem? Well, T-Bar used to be Lenox Roompeople just miss mom.
