While many a Nick has ventured into pizza-making-dom, this Queens boy in particular has perfected the art by somehow (unclear just how) charring the edges and melting the oozing mozzarella deep into the depths of the crust with a gas oven. However, as long as the secrets are passed on to at least one slice-designer, we'll contentedly keep popping the post-pie cannolis...no questions asked.
