Inside the vibe is quiet and focused, and the crowd is very serious about its sushi. So is the phenomenally talented sushi chef Naomichi Yasuda, a graduate of old-school favorite Hatsuhana (an artist, really), who offers 30 or so selections of fresh fish every day, including melt-in-your-mouth tuna otoro as well as a delectable handful of cooked items, like the monkfish liver and fried eel backbone.
