The number 50 has a grand ring to it, innit? You know, you're thinking all sorts of gold, golden, goldy stuff. No doubt the folks behind this Midtown newcomeryes, it's on 50th Streetare hoping to strike some gold of their own with a refined modern American menu and an upscale vibe. It's from the same folks behind Midtown mainstay DeGrezia (which, conveniently, is right next door), and includes chef Massimo Felici, who was a contestant on "Chopped." He's firing up a menu of plates both small and large, with items like grilled wild boar sausage, charred Cornish hen and a five-meat meatball with lamb, beef, veal, sausage and chicken. Call it an equal-opportunity meatballit's all about diversity.
