Description:

Located in the lobby of the 225-room ink48 hotel, Print is the brainchild of restaurant designer Adam Block and husband-wife chef tandem Charles and Heather Rodriguez (late of Judson Grill, Lassi). As of now, the 90-seat lobby space is serving breakfast and lunchwith dinner rolling out in late February. Farm-to-table is the buzzword of choice for the restaurants director, John Paulus. (Burgers are crafted Arcadian Pastures grass-fed beef; butter and ice cream is made on-site). A planned rooftop bar will launch in the spring, to be christened Press Lounge (the hotel was a former printing plant if you didnt get that from the typographic references splashed in the names). For the time being, a cozy eight-seat bar will serve wines by the glass and signature cocktails. Three dens are available for more private affairs. Let the Javits Center crowds come a-flockin'
