Popular Meatpacking District patty palace Bill's Bar & Burger sure knows how to supersize it: They've opened a mammoth 400-seat locationtheir flagshipin Rockefeller Center. So now midtown cubicle dwellers and tourists alike can get in on the action without having to schlep downtown. And make no mistake: These are sensational burgersthin yet juicy patties made from a proprietary LaFrieda blend and served without pomp or circumstance. Bills stable of playfully named burgers (Fat Cat, Sunset and Vine, the Bobcat) are all here, but the menu has been expanded as well: You can now get a pulled pork barbecue melt with those fries, or go gringo with fish tacos. They've kept the homey gingham tablecloths, just like the original, but Bill's Rock Center ups the flash with artwork by cutting-edge artists Sage Vaughn and Darren Ankenman, among others.
