Regardless, the fact remains that Bianca's offers a wide range of classic steak and seafood entrees from chef Briana Swanson's (Surf Lodge) kitchen. Owner Serafina Bianca Fiore is an actress in her other life, so it's only natural that the dining room takes inspiration from the 1940s cinema, with black-and-white starlet prints adorning the walls and a movie screen featuring titillating French films. If you're still hungry for dessert, the peanut butter and jelly sandwich is an intriguing choice, but we're pretty sure most diners will head downstairs to enjoy another type of post-prandial treat.
