Tuck a napkin into your shirt, spread a newspaper over the table, and prepare for a buttery and Old Baydusted crab feast: The Cheasapeake Bayinfluenced seafood restaurant from Maryland native Robert Werhane (also principal owner of dell'anima and L'Artusi) aims to capture the relaxed vibe of a clam shack with the gourmet stylings of a straight-from-the-ocean raw bar, highlighting Maryland-style crab cakes, soft-shell crab sandwiches and peel 'n' eat shrimp, as well as seasonal namesake cherrystone clams, oysters, clams and lobsters. (A non-seafood menu of Southern fried chicken, barbecue and burgers will also be available for fish unenthusiasts.) An outdoor garden seats 24 when the weather's warm, while the indoor area can hold 50 year-round.
