Bao 111 serves upscale Vietnamese fusion cuisine in a trendy atmosphere. It's a bit pricey but worth it for the exotic and creative menu. Starters include duck confit salad, Vietnamese-style ceviche and large summer rolls with shrimp or vegetable. For an entree, get the grilled lemongrass lamb chops or the king prawn simmered in garlicboth are great. And just to show they're not completely highbrow, they make a pho that can compete with the best Chinatown dive. There's a full bar with a nice sake selection and fancy cocktails.
