If you've ever tried to hit Totto Ramen on this block, you know that the lines are out of control. Well, that's not the only noodle shop in town anymore. ChaPa doesn't do ramen, but they do brothy bowls of pho that will absolutely fulfill your noodle cravings. While the space is teeny, you won't have to vie with dozens of people waiting for a stool. Don't expect any fancy dcorthe room is painted white and is almost completely devoid of decoration. Even so, that's not much to complain about when you see the bill: A hearty serving of the noodle soup will set you back about $9. If you want to try something less liquid, hit the fried calamari or the summer rolls (yes, a standard, but yum). With this new kid on the block, Totto Ramen better watch its back.
