Description:

We've run out of jokes and puns to describe Michael Bao Huynh's still multiplying like Gremlins! dining empire (Baoguette, OBAO, Bia Garden). But apparently, the dude hasn't run of puns yet! His latest: Vietnamese spot D.O.B. 111the name is inspired by his date of birth, Nov. 1. The food, though, is inspired by France: kaffir-lime duck confit, tamarind-tuna tartar, Japanese mountain yam soup with frog's legs. They're available a la carte or as a $29.95 prix fixe. As we typed that last sentence, we bet Michael Bao Huynh just opened another seven restaurants.
